Captain Richard Robinson, Scottish
Richard was born in 1981. He has gained sailing experience by working on yachts in New Zealand, France, Caribbean, UK, Mediterranean. He manages crew members on and off charter successfully. He also take the reponsibility for all the services and maintenance to the systems on board, ensuring that the highest standarts of customer service are met through. He considers himself to be a confident and outgoing individual, someone who is practical, adaptable and punctual. Sailing being his true passion, he also keenly pursues many other sports, in particular skiing, windsurfing, surfing, kayaking and tennis. He enjoys participating in these sports on a personal level as well as in a professional capacity, where he is able to pass on his knowledge and enthusiasm to others.

Chef Monika Nowakowska, Polish
Monika was born in 1972. She has cooked professionally on yachts since 2005. She has worked on a variety of different lenght of yachts as cook/stewardess. She is reliable, hardworking, honest and with ten years of experience in yachting she knows how to handle stressful situations. Her ten years yachting experiences include yachts from 20 m to 50 m. She speaks Polish (mother tounge), fluent English and advance level of Spanish, French and Russian.

Deckhand Tristan Richards, British
Tristan grew up by the sea and has had a passion for all things nautical ever since he was first able to swim. Having spent the past few years sailing around Greece, he brings a wealth of experience with regards to both sailing and watersports. He loves nothing more than filling Pateas sails and making sure guests feel included in the sailing experience. Hes equally as happy spinning guests round in the donuts or on the water skis. Tristan has also recently acquired a passion for both diving and kitesurfing to add to his natural enthusiasm for all things water based. Whilst being very approachable, his love of the sea and sailing is sure to rub off and give a shared feeling of excitement and fulfilment whilst on charter.

Stewardess, Laurent Maritz, South African
She is an enthusiastic, mature, hardworking 28 year old who has 4 seasons on super yachts under her belt. She has an eye for detail and adapt to any situation and new challenge with a vibrant and positive outlook. Having grown up on the east coast of South Africa sailing has been a part of her life since childhood.
