Captain/ Stjepan:
Born with an unquenchable spirit for exploration and a taste for adventure, Stjepan has always been drawn to exciting pursuits like speleology, rafting, kayaking, free climbing, diving, and martial arts all his life. So, it’s only natural that he gravitated to sailing.
With his background in archaeology and numerous years of experience sailing in the BVI and the USVI, Stjepan is an accomplished sailor well-versed in local history. He has sailed more than 15,000 nautical miles across the Caribbean, Atlantic, and Mediterranean.
He first fell in love with sailing during his time as an archaeologist, embarking on an epic voyage across the Mediterranean and tracing the routes of ancient Phoenicians and Greeks. Since then, he’s been chasing the horizon at the helm of ships in search of his next adventure.
Chef/Ana:
Ana has always been passionate about food and travel. She firmly believes that food—freshly made and lovingly prepared—is the best way to fully experience different cultures.
She’s enjoyed the street food in Thailand and India, embarked on a food safari in Africa, hunted for rare cheeses in France and Switzerland, sailed to the Mediterranean in search of spices and seafood, and even partook in Middle Eastern festivities for a taste of their cuisine.
Outside her gastronomical adventures, Ana’s interests lie in more academic pursuits. She’s well-versed in topics like biology, zoology, and the natural world.
Ana has several years of experience working as a chef and hostess on many private charters around USVI and BVI. As your chef, she will go the extra mile in accommodating all dietary needs and food sensitivities.
