Captain Lazaros has been a Captain since 2011 and holds a Captain Class A’ Diploma. He holds Certificates for Open Water Diving, Ship Security Officer, General Operator GMDSS, Radar ARPA, Advance Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Medical First Aid & Medical Care on Board, Personnel Survival Techniques and speedboat's license. He is also qualified in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats, Advance Tanker Safety, RO-RO & Passenger Ship Safety, Crowd Management, Hazardous Materials, Bridge Team Management, ISM Training and Risk Assessment. Captain Lazaros commenced his service at sea in 2003 as Apprentice Officer at Blue Star Ferries and has worked as Chief Officer on motor tankers and motor yachts. He has 10 years’ experience in yachting as a Chief Officer and for the last 10 years as a Captain onboard 40-65 meters yachts. He has an excellent knowledge of the Greek islands, Turkish coasts, Croatia and Mediterranean, UAE, Norway, and Egypt. Captain Lazaros loves challenges and working under pressure. He is without doubt a fantastic, hands-on Captain with a great emphasis on crew dynamics and a happy and safe work environment, making the extra mile to please his charter guests.

No. 1505UG2773, Ship Security Officer, General Operator GMDSS, Radar ARPA, Advance Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Medical First Aid & Medical Care on Board, Personnel Survival Techniques and speedboat's license. He is also qualified in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats, ECDIS Crt. No. 7291 and RO-RO & Passenger Ship Safety. He joined the yachting industry in 2012, and during these last 8 years has worked onboard several luxury charter yachts. Dimitris has cruised extensively around the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Aegean Sea and adores his life on the water.
His excellent communication skills ensure an easy going interaction with the Crew and of course his guests, making him an asset onboard with his friendly nature!

He has almost 20 years’ experience as an engineer on tankers, cruise ships, passenger ships and motor yachts. A very calm person, Stelios has a logical & well thought out approach to engineering problem solving. His impeccable skills and in-depth knowledge of yachts’ engines can ensure maximum vessel operational efficiency and a smooth charter for all onboard!

In 2013, Manolis joined Meandros Lines as their Private Chef. For the last 6 years, he has worked on board Super Yachts where his knowledge of local provisioning & availability of produce has been invaluable in offering inspirational dining experiences to meet a wide range of dietary requirements. He is detail-oriented and an organized professional with extensive knowledge of cuisine operations, team management and customer service.
